The city comprises 2 distinct areas: the traditional downtown area, El Centro, and the Zona Hotelera, an energetic beachfront haven of high-rise hotels, nightclubs, shops and restaurants. The tourist area is part of the world’s 2nd-largest barrier reef, which stretches over 600 miles (966 kilometers).

Day 1

Arrive at the airport and transfer to the resort based on flight details provided.
Check into the resort at any time after 4 p.m.
Noon – 10 p.m.: Visit the welcome desk in the Lower Mezzanine level.
7-8 p.m.: Welcome reception.

Day 2

9 a.m. – noon: Visit the DreamTrips hospitality desk in the resort lobby.
A day at your leisure.
Afternoon: Enjoy VIP-area access to a concert at outdoor Oasis Beach Club, Grand Oasis Cancun. Concert features DJ ROB-LO, Panacea Project and Liza Forero.

Day 3

9 a.m. – noon: Visit the DreamTrips hospitality desk in the resort lobby.
A day at your leisure.
4 p.m.: Artist meet-and-greet session.
Afternoon: Enjoy VIP-area access to a concert at outdoor Oasis Beach Club, Grand Oasis Cancun. Concert features Armand Pena and Robbie Rivera.

Day 4

9 a.m. – noon: Visit the DreamTrips hospitality desk in the resort lobby.
A day at your leisure.
9-11 p.m.: Enjoy early admission and reserved seating to a performance by world-renowned merengue band Oro Solido and Raul Acosta at indoor Oasis Arena, Grand Oasis Cancun.

Day 5

The morning at your leisure until checkout and your flight.
Check out of the resort by noon and transfer to the airport (approximately 3 hours prior to flight departure).

We base children’s pricing on their age at the time of travel. Their reservation has to be booked and paid for in order for you to check them in.

Please remember to book a reservation for everyone you’re bringing along on your DreamTrip before you travel. Otherwise, they’ll be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.

Oro Solido and other concerts in association with this package are managed by a third party and are subject to substitution. No refund or remuneration will be provided if bands or performances are substituted. Itinerary and concert locations are subject to change.

Gratuities are not included. We suggest US$2 per day for housekeeping; US$5 per stay for porterage; and US$5 per a la carte dinner.

All-inclusive meals and beverages at the resort:
• Excludes some upgrades such as lobster courses at certain restaurants.
• Excludes top-shelf liquors and restaurant wine lists.
• The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years. Age is determined at the time of travel.

Performances at the resort:
• Guests must be able to climb up and down a flight of stairs.
• Gratuities are not necessary.
• Other optional activities may be unavailable.
• Alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages will be available to outdoor concertgoers at any nearby bar.
• An indoor venue may be used in the case of inclement weather.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 65 days or more before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$50. If you cancel between 46 and 65 days before your trip, you’ll get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are on a per-person basis.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. Therefore, in the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the provisions of the booking terms will prevail.

Name Change Policy: If you change any name(s) on your booking 30 days or more before the start date of your trip, you’ll be charged a fee of US$50 per name change. Name changes are not permitted within 30 days of the start date of your trip.

Members can’t combine DreamTrips Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Points you can use. If you have more than 50 Rovia Bucks, you can apply them in the checkout process.

At the time of booking, you will see a page with your order number and trip cost. This is your confirmation. Please retain and bring this information with you on your trip.

Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Make sure that your passport and visa, if applicable, are up-to-date before you leave! It’s important to double check that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you’re traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this DreamTrip will apply.

Please note: Due to contractual supplier policies, we may not be able to confirm requested name or room changes to existing bookings for trips that are scheduled to travel within 30 days of your request.

Members with additional people in the room, not booked prior to travel, will be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate, not the trip price.
